I purchased for my 67 year old mother with neuropathy. She loves them. My first pair was about six years ago. Someone told me they were the best shoes to run in so I tried them. Since then, I have only purchased Brooks. I have recommended them to everyone I know since my first pair. Read More

I came across the Launch 3 when I was looking for a light-weight, neutral shoe with a medium-sized drop (10mm). I cannot find any other neutral running shoe with this drop and weight. These are perfect!! I've raced 4 milers up to a marathon and they work for everything. I definitely recommend buying a full size up from your street shoe size for long-distance use. The shoes themselves run about a half-size small, so a half-size up puts me in pretty much my regular street size. Also, they need to be broken in, about 50 miles for me. Read More

I received a pair of launch 4 for Christmas (1st pair of brooks). I like them. However, the toe box is much more open than I expected. I have been having a bit of soreness after I run. Can I add something to the inside?

This depends on the type soreness. You may want to try to tie the a little different such as using the runner's loop method! If…
