Very comfortable

These shoes are very comfortable. I am constantly walking or stranding for long periods of time and they are comfortable all day long. These shoes fit pretty true to size and width. My foot is on the wider side and they fit perfectly. Would definitely buy again.

I need to try a half size up compared to Ghost 10 regular.

I have 3 pairs of Ghost 10, which all fit perfect and are so comfortable. I am not sure if I need to try a half size up for these. They were way more rigid in the toe box area, which is probably from the waterproofing GTX. I tried running in them, and they killed my feet.

Different

Shoe seems to cause and increasing amount of valgus stress causing my foot to roll into severe pronation that is very uncommon with all the other Ghost 10 I have had in the past.

Very comfortable

Last year I ran in the Ghost 9 and decided to stick with the Ghost 10 GTX and have not been disappointed with its stability and comfort.

Excellent

Not my first pair of Brooks and yes I'm purchasing another pair so I think they are excellent. Went to a store for first pair and was fitted with correct size for me, important since it was bigger then I wear in dress shoes. They look great, wear well, are supportive and when out for the day no issue having them on for hours and hours.

What is your recommendation for the best Brooks shoe model for cold weather and snow packed surfaces? I am guessing the GTX with Gortex? Warm, semi-waterproof, and good traction. Thanks!

2017/12/29 Boise, Idaho Scott

Hi Scott! You are correct! You should take a look at the Ghost 10 GTX or Cascadia 12 GTX! Brooks Running

I walk with a rather severe level of supination (underpronation). Would this shoe provide the comfort and support I need to prevent pain on my outer metatarsals and up my leg or would you suggest a different shoe?

2017/12/19 Washington Rita

Yes, if you underpronate, we recommend a neutral shoe. The Ghost 10 is a great neutral option with plenty of cushioning.

The Ghost 10 GTX has a waterproof liner and is waterproof!

Would these be good for winter running? Are they insulated?

2017/12/13 NH David

Hi David! The Gore-tex liner is not insulated, but it is waterproof so it would be good for snowy and wet conditions! Brooks…
