Shadrack may be one of the fastest runners who still flies under the radar. But that’s the way this Kenyan-born athlete likes it. After placing 5th at NYC in 2016, 4th at Boston in 2017 and 3rd at Boston in 2018, Shadrack’s trajectory puts him in prime position to compete for a spot on the 2020 USA Olympic Team in the marathon.
My perfect run is when I am able to run around endless trails with my wife and kids in Folsom, CA.
The ups and downs of a race. Specifically on a marathon day. One minute I am having fun the next I am crying inside and the next I am smiling. It’s an experience like no other.
A thank-you note for paving the way for all of us.
“I realized from a young age that I was gifted with a good talent of running. Because of that I am motivated to keep running for my family, my kids, my community, and for those who can’t. I am here to inspire as many people as I can. That’s what motivates me.”Shadrack Biwott
