Body : We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days from the date of purchase. In Germany and Austria delivery may be within 3 business days.

If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Your payment method (Credit Card, PayPal) is only charged when your order ships.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €75. We also offer free shipping on returns of items. To qualify for free shipping, your order must total €75 or more after eligible discounts.

Orders placed before 10 am Central European Time (UTC +1) will be processed the same business day, orders placed after 10 am Central European Time (UTC +1) will be processed the following business day.
