like jogging on clouds
I don't really run, I would describe myself more as a treadmill jogger, but I'm a bit overweight and I land quite heavily on my feet and generally I have difficulty finding any shoes that support my arches. These are fantastic trainers for providing the cushioning and support that my feet need to enable me to get some exercise.

Great for sever overpronators like me.
Great for overpronators like me. However, I needed a more flexible sole as I intended to use them to do Joanna Halls Walkactive which needs a super flexible sole and round wide toe. .Would have loved to have kept them as they are the Rolls Royce of Control shoes for overpronators. The material that these running shoes are made of is far superior to any other running shoe and the fabric around the heel, on the top of the foot, the tongue are super silky and comfortable. Another happy Brooks purchase
I have been buying Brooks for years, specifically because I have abnormally wide feet. These are very comfortable, breathable, and cute.

I feel like superwoman in my Ariel '16
I've gained a lot of weight recently and I would recommend the Ariel 16 s for overweight people who need a good pair of walking shoes. They seem to give impetus to every step. My painful knee feels a lot better since I've been wearing them.
