Does this shoe have removable insoles dso I could add orthotics?

Yes, the insoles are removable, they are very comfortable, although look a little clumpy, only really suitable for walking, bit heavy for running, also I've found the velcro strap a little bit too long.

Are they true to size?

I normally wear a size 6 UK. Got a size 6.5 and they fit perfectly and comfortably.
