I should have read more closely

Cons

Comments about Infiniti Jacket IV:

Wearing for a time now. No stitching or zipper issues. No extra room in it, but I suppose that's what semi-fitted means.
Wish I had read more closely. Definitely seems to be waterproof, not water resistant. It's like wearing a plastic bag. I'm not impressed with breathability.
I got caught-up with reflectivity for early and late runs and I missed the material.
I do wear cooler than 40-degrees. Haven't worn below 30. No room for a sweatshirt beneath.
I'd recommend for what it seems to be--a reflective rain/wind jacket.

    Comments about Infiniti Jacket IV:

I use this jacket for evening runs in the winter in San Diego, CA, when the air is chilly and damp and the winds are moderate. As I warm up I lower the zipper, then may tie the jacket around my waste later on.
I'm 6'4", 175lbs, and find the cut of the jacket just about right. I like the color combo.
This version of the Infiniti has fewer of the features I appreciated in the earlier version I have, such as a breast pocket and the thumb hole/sleeve extension. I don't miss the reflective flaps on the earlier version, though.

    Nice look but design flaws

    Comments about Infiniti Jacket IV:

This is an update review after a few months use. I have had to sew the jacket in different seams twice so far. Very disappointing for the price I paid. The biggest design flaw is the ventilation. The condensation builds up o easily at 32 degrees or higher. If i cold do it over I would would buy some water and wind resistant as oppose to proof. It just simply too hot to wear in most weather conditions. It does do well in the wind, rain and snow.

      Comments about Infiniti Jacket IV:

Having only had this jacket for a week or so, and having worn it almost every day since I got it, I would have to say I love it. It has kept me dry on my walks across campus, and can be partnered with a light brooks vest to add additional warmth if just wearing it around, really warm to run in.

I used this once so far on cool morning but the temperature was on the upper end of the scale it should used in. I got a little warm and was wanting breathability under the arms. But it showed how will it will hold up in cold windy weather. A must have for anyone that trains year round.

      Great jacket for mountain relay

        Comments about Infiniti Jacket IV:

This jacket worked great for an early June relay in the Idaho mountains with 34 degrees at the start, cloudy and breezy. I was just warm enough without overheating. I also love my utopia thermal hooded jacket, but it is too warm for these conditions. This jacket does not disappoint. Perfect.
