Built for boundless energy, the Kids’ PureFlow 3 follows in the footsteps of the adult version, offering light and flexible comfort for boys on the run. With parent-approved design for growing feet, and kid-approved looks, these kicks are playground ready. The PureFlow 3 is also available in smaller sizes with a hook-and-loop closure for little fingers who haven’t quite got the shoelace thing figured out.
About Kids' Shoe Sizes: Children's shoes are sized in two waves. The toddler's size wave starts at size 1 for pre-walking tots and extends to size 13.5 (measuring 7¾ inches from heel to toe). The youth size wave starts again at size 1 (at just under 8 inches from heel to toe), and extends through adult sizes. This wave normally accommodates children ages 6+. All Brooks kids’ shoes come in the "standard" D width – so there’s no difference, size-wise, between the boys' and girls' PureFlow 3.
Our Kids' PureFlow shoes, offered in sizes 10.5-13.5 and 1-7, start in the toddler's size wave and then continue into the youth size wave. Please note: size 10.5 is the smallest size in the Kids' PureFlow.

Comments about Kids PureFlow 3 - Grade School:
My son loved the Pure Flow 2 and had several pairs of them. We went up a half size and got the Pure Flow 3 -- he loved the green/blue design, but although the length was generous, the shoe was very narrow, especially around the heel -- so much narrower than even the smaller size of the Pure Flow 2, that we had to send them back. The shoe doesn't come in wide, so we'll have to look for another brand, I guess.
- Feels true to size
- Feels too narrow
