    Love these!!!

    2017/04/26 | Michigan |

My daughter raves on Brooks and I've never had a pair. I thought I would splurge plus these were on sale. I loved them so much I bought a different pair. I'm now hooked on Brooks. Love them and I love the fact there is no break in period. Just put them on out of the box and go!

    Yes, I would recommend this!

Love the Launch- want it in every color!

As an obsessive Adrenaline runner, I was feeling disappointed that after my recent twin pregnancy, my feet had changed just enough and my old standby shoe was not as comfortable. I did a wear tester round of the Ravenna and found it to be a great shoe as I picked up miles and steam- and then I decided to try the Launch. Now, you've created a monster as I want it in EVERY color! Back into ultrarunning this is my go-to shoe!

    Total Disappointment and Injury Inducing!

    2017/04/21 | Jensen Beach, FL |

I just purchased my third pair of Launch Shoes - and returned them. I had great luck with the Launch 2 Model, so I was excited when I ordered my first pair of Launch 3's and they proved to be good as well. I recently replaced them with the same model/color and started to experience right achilles pain. I am a high-mileage runner, so I thought it may be tendonitis. I took a 3 week break and put my shoes on today for a short run and immediately experienced the same pain. I compared the newest shoe with my last pair and noticed right away that the back of the shoe was significantly higher, and you can even see that the sole is malformed in the back where it attaches to the upper. I sent them back today and for the first time in 7 years bought a running shoe that isn't Brooks :( This isn't the first time that I've had this happen with their shoes. Hopefully, the injury it caused doesn't persist. The picture I'm including shows the new shoe on the left (with the high back), and my previous shoe on the right. I wouldn't recommend ordering online - try them in a store first and compare a few pairs of them.

I bought these for a marathon and they have been marvelous through the training. They are comfortable and light weight. In fact, I bought a second pair once my mileage broke 200 to have as my race day shoes since I still had several training miles to run. I was disappointed that they seemed to break down earlier than the 300 mile mark but my favorite running shoes to date regardless.

    Not a good running shoe

    2017/04/18 | Michigan |

I generally love my Brooks but these are the worst running shoes I've owned. The stitching started to unravel at the toe 2 weeks after using them. I've noticed my feet, balls of my feet and tops of my feet are tremendously sore. Also, the shoe rubs at the heal even though it's padded. I've had these for 4 months now and thought they just needed to work more but I just can't do it. I'm going to have to get a new pair. They are great for walking but not running.
