I have had this shoe for a good month now and use it for my everyday running and even on long runs (13 miles). This shoe is incredibly comfortable even though you can definitely feel the road beneath you. They certainly still have the right amount of cushioning to give you a comfortable feeling when running.
My feet do not shift in the shoe, which is important, especially when taking turns.
I will be using these shoes for my next 10K and Half Marathon.
Did I mention that they also "look" fast which for some people's psyche is important. :)
As for the durability and how long they will last? I suppose that time will tell.

When I first bought these shoes, I probably would've given them a 4 or 5 star review. I'm in my second pair now, but I probably won't be purchasing a third. The light weight was great at first, and for such a light shoe it offered good support. But they do wear out quickly, especially if you're like me and you're running in them six days a week. The exterior also wears out much quicker than any shoe I've ever had. Within weeks, the inner mesh of the toe box is frayed and filled with holes. Maybe that's what you get for wearing a "racer" like your average trainer, but next time I'll probably go for a different Brooks shoe.

    Comments about Launch:

I am now on my ninth pair of Launch running shoes. They are both lightweight & well-cushioned for my high arches. At less than 10 oz. these guys are great for faster training or long runs and would work well for races too. I usually put 350-400 miles on my Launch trainers before beginning to feel sore joints after workouts and placing an order for another pair. Highly recommended shoe!

Used Adrenaline GTS and Ghost models in the past. Figured the price was right to try out the Launch as I prepare for a few ultras this year. 30 miles in...so far, so good!

I bought a pair of Brooks shoes years ago. As soon as I put them on and walked across the floor.I knew there was never going to be another brand of shoe for my size 15 feet. I recommend Brooks shoes to anyone who wants to wear the best athletic shoe there is.

    Comments about Launch:

I love this shoe. I am on my 5th pair. At first I got them as my first pair of lightweight neutral trainers for easy days. I then slowly added them as my long run shoe, and now my tempo shoe as well. I raced the Houston Marathon in them, and they really protected my feet from the concrete. But I use them on trails, roads, and the treadmill.

I have an efficient gate, and get anywhere from 600-650 miles out of each pair!

    Comments about Launch:

I use these shoes for training and competition from short runs to marathon distance to triathlon and I absolutely love them. Only down side is the color selection. The Lime Punch was awesome but now they are very toned down and I wanted more loud colors. Running is supposed to be fun.
