Awesome lightweight trail shoe

I love this shoe! It has the perfect amount of cushion and traction without being too heavy or aggressive. I love the details like the elastic pouch on the tongue that you can tuck the laces inside of and the inner glove-like lining that keeps out rocks and other small trail debris.

Good shoe for spin class

I bought this shoe for trail running, but haven't had a chance to get on the trails yet. I tried it out at a combo spin/ circuit-training class and it was wonderful!

don't EVER change these

I use these shoes in south central Mexico where I live. The mts are slippery shale during the rainy season, very rocky NO SLIP in these shoes. I love them. Like little octopus suctions! My left foot is slightly wider than my right so the last 2 toes feel the pinch. I may look into having them stretched.

The tred wears really quickly. The tounge is sown into the shoe itself and creates extra pressure on my foot (I actually cut it so I could at least wear it without pain). I'm disappointed in the direction. I loved the puregirt shoe - lightweight, good grip. I have tried other trail running shoes from Brooks (e.g., Cascadia), but it isn't as lightweight. ...I guess I'll keep looking. Read More
