Absolutely love my Dyads

I have foot and ankle issues due to having had too many birthdays. (grin) I bought the Dyad on the advice of a salesman at an old-fashioned shoe store who really knows shoes. He watched me walk and said I needed a neutral shoe with lots of cushion. I bought Dyads, and I love them. My feet track very well in the Dyad - no pronation or supination. Would I recommend Dyads to a friend? It depends on…

Good shoe if you can make them work for you

The unique shape of the Dyads accommodates the unique shape of my feet better than most shoes I've tried, so I am likely to have a pair on hand. The 9's, however, are substantially narrower than their predecessor. I have the 4E's and they are marginally serviceable, certainly much narrower than other manufacturer's 4E's. They feel narrower than my Glycerin 15 2E's, but this may be due in part to…

They feel narrower than my Glycerin 15 2E's, but this may be due in part to the stiffer Dyad fabric. Coupling this with the pointy toe box that Brooks is going with these days makes shoe selection much less enjoyable than it should be for the wide-footed. It would be a very good day if Brooks decided to produce the Dyad in a true 4E and with a broader toe. Read More

Not the usual Brooks

I have had Brooks for years Starting with Addition Walker's but Foot bed seems to wear out fast as years went by, Then Dyad's evolved they were great for years, but changes in manufacturing or something of the sort has put those in the black for me. I like Brooks for the fact you can exchange or Return effortlessly, just could not find a pair that fit like they used to. Size 11 Width 2e

Change is not always good

After having the two previous Version's of the Dyad, and just flat wore them out. I was disappointed when I tried the Dyad9 on. Size 11 2E was extremely tight in the width, size seemed to be right. I was a introduced to Brooks by a foot doctor. Adrenaline's were good but they also found there way to upgrade's and cheaper foot bed's that made them less desirable. Having a narrow heal and a wide…

Having a narrow heal and a wide ball of foot, Brooks were a blessing to find , just wish they kept design and materials and change up the looks from year to year. Read More

I would not buy again

This shoe is very comfortable, but I walk 40 minutes a day on treadmill & within 2 months I wear out the upper sole. they switched to a lighter blown rubber that flakes off and wears out to fast
