What kind of mileage can I expect from Hyperion? As a racing flat, I understand it will take far less mileage than a training shoe, but I use only use them for speed work, and races.

The life expectancy for our racing flats is 250-300 miles, or 4-6 months when used for their intended purpose.

Although I know these are meant for racing...would you suggest them for HIIT style workouts?

I just finished my 4 years of college running and I'm training for a half marathon. I typically needed a heavier racing shoe than was recommended (e.g. for the track 10k I used a lightweight xc spike..the mach 16). So I was wondering if these would be heavy enough for my half?
