Estimated Delivery Times

We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Estimated delivery time is within 10 business days from the date of purchase for standard shipping and 5 business days with expedited shipping. 

If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order. Your credit card is only charged when your order ships. Shipping is currently available only to destinations within the U.S. (all 50 states and U.S. territories) and APO/FPO addresses. For availability outside the U.S. please visit one of our International websites.

Free Shipping on Returns and Exchanges

Brooks products come with a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Brooks equipment within the first 30 days after purchase, we will replace or exchange your product.
