      Comments about Adapt Jacket:

Love the stretch panels under arms & at shoulders--really makes this jacket comfy in action. Stylish fit, lightweight warmth, enough pockets. Surprised how much I love the balaklava--this is a bonus. Features to improve: zipper pull is too small & very difficult to grasp--especially with gloves, but even barehanded; needs more reflectivity on front; needs an interior pocket large enough for iPhones, not just iPods.

        Comments about Adapt Jacket:

I was looking for a winter running jacket that would keep me warm. I had tried several others but was still cold. Apparently, I am a cold runner. This jacket did the trick. I am warm, but not overly warm when I run now. The jacket is comfortable, and although I noted the sleeves were long, I like them that way. Every detail on this jacket really works well from the thumb holes, to the covered zipper to the balaclava that tucks neatly (yes, really, neatly) into the neck area. I've been running 4-5 miles in 32 f degrees to most recently 15 f degrees, and it's been warm with just a light wicking shirt underneath. The different fabric under the arms also allows for ventilation to prevent me from getting too warm. Many people would probably think it's too warm, but if you want to stay comfortable in cold weather and you "run cold" then this is the thing. Thanks Brooks!

          Comments about Adapt Jacket:

I love Brooks running shoes, so I bought this jacket hoping for the best solution for winter running. The jacket is beautiful and very comfortable, but the biggest problem is that it is not suitable for running... :( What is supposed to be a pro, that is holding in the heat, becomes a nightmare if you run for an hour or more - everything gets wet and the jacket itself gets heavy. When I read that it "lets you heat the winder roads" I was expecting someting really special, and yet when I went running while it was raining, after 45minutes I got all wet -thus the jacket is not water-resistant:(. All in all - it is a beautiful thing, I love the colour and the whole look, but I spent quite a lot of money to feel comfortable while running in winter and it seems I will have to buy another one:(
