      Comments about PureProject 3.5" Short:

I loved these shorts as soon as I tried them on. They fit great, look good, and the split in the front is perfect for my athletic quads. However, about 4 miles in, the seam in the front started chafing my leg. I thought it was just because I wasn't used to having a seam there, but no. By the time I hit 5 miles it had gotten bad. I think that for $75 chafing that quickly shouldn't be an issue. If that seam could be smoothed out, these would be the perfect shorts! Definitely not for longer runs.

        Comments about PureProject 3.5" Short:

Shorts are stylish but the fit just has not been mastered yet. Needs to be a tad longer and more fitted--flares out like a shirt.

          Comments about PureProject 3.5" Short:

These shorts were love at first try on - comfortable through the waist, loose enough through the legs without looking like a diaper, and enough pockets to stash stuff for a long run. However - the placement of the seam on the inner thigh is unfortunate. Around mile 7 the chafing became noticeable and by mile 10 was a constant sting. I now have bright red chafing along both inner thighs that stung like heck on upon showering. Brooks - these are awesome shorts otherwise - the perfect length, waist and weight. Please move or lose the inner thigh seam or use a flat anti-chafe seam. So disappointed as otherwise these would be perfect long distance shorts!
