Fabric & Care

DRILAYER®

Our signature sweat-wicking fabric is thoroughly tested for comfort, performance, and durability and optimized to keep you, the runner, performing at your best.

Handwashing is ideal, but not always possible. Fasten all hooks and straps, place in a lingerie bag and use the gentle or delicate cycle. Always line dry, and never use dryer sheets or fabric softeners—they can clog the fabric and shorten the life of the bra.

I'm 5'2, 106, 34D, short torso. All my sports bras were 5-6 yrs old, definitely beyond their use, so I decided to try several MC styles in 34D or Medium: Luna, Juno, Jubralee, Fiona, Rebound Racer, Urban Xover and Vero. Most of these have favorable reviews. Here are my opinions. Luna was definitely out - cups did not fit well & overall it felt like a regular bra not a sports bra. I don't need another day bra.Juno had good support, almost no movement, but the sides were too high & chafed my arms. I knew Juno would be difficult to get on/off from other reviews but once on, it felt & looked like a medieval instrument of torture, even moreso on my petite frame and short torso. Couldn't wait to extricate myself. Fiona was really disappointing - it's been the flagship bra for a long time and it looks old-school. The support seemed minimal, fabric thin, straps too bulky & overall just not attractive. Jubralee was definitely a step up from Fiona & the best of these 4 that have the wide, 3-hook back strap, which is a pain & unattractive, probably because of my small frame. Jubralee had the most support, little movement, the sides were lower & didn't chafe, the straps are much thinner, softer & smoother, and it's comfortable. The only complaint is all the excess fabric on the inside of the cups, which is just weird. Other reviewers commented on the same. Maybe I need to try a C cup. It's a possible keeper but I wish it had cups like Juno & a smaller back strap. The Rebound Racer is a little hard to get on but fits much better than Juno for a racing style. Back strap is thinner, very good support/little movement, lower sides/no chafing. The straps seem a little bulky but overall this is a keeper. My absolute favorites are the Urban Xover and Vero. Both have thin straps, thin back straps, great support, no chafing, very little movement, great colors and a more modern style/feel. Plus Vero has convertible straps so you can make it a racer if you want. It's been a long time since I've worn a racer back but Xover is so comfortable! Love these 2 and will order more colors!

I'm a 30D and ordered the extra small; I do weightlifting and interval training classes at the gym. The bra provides excellent support for the sale price and I like the convertible design, but there are some flaws. The band fits me just right, but I had to loosen the straps as far as possible for the racerback adjustment; a small ribcage does not equal a short torso. I also felt like the cups were a little too small for a C/D bra, with some side spillage if I'm not very meticulous with adjustments (which is awkward in a locker room). The three hook clasp is difficult to work, as I always get the top and bottom, but not the middle. Overall, I prefer the Urban x-over.

Love this bra for high impact sports. It's great for running, very comfortable. Back closure makes it easy in and out. Well made -- I have 3 that I rotate through the laundry and they are holding up very well. Wish it were available in small DD cup. Since it's not, it's not a perfect fit for me but this is a common problem for me so I live with. This model is very comfortable. No complaints!

        Comments about Vero C/D:

I usually LOVE all Brooks products, apparel and sneakers alike so I thought I would give the Moving Comfort Sports bras a try. I bought two Vero Sports Bras C/D which I have worn on my marathon training runs(9:30 pace). I have had some discomfort with them mainly with the under area of the cup rubbing and leaving minimal friction marks but nothing major. This past weekend I wore the Vero during a half marathon which I ran at race pace, 8:30. I was shocked to see what the sports bra had done to me after the race. I have friction burns/abrasions all under where the cups of the bra fell and also on the front of my chest. I am really disappointed. I am usually a 34C/D. For ladies with bigger chests, I WOULD NOT recommend this bra.

This is my favorite sports bra. I own several colors. The straps can be work bra style or crossed in the back. It provides nice lift for my D cups and prevents nipple s from showing through. I wear it for running, Pilates, weights, spinning etc and it's just perfect to me. Please never discontinue this bra.

I use Vero for my workouts, which include running and calisthenics. I now own many of these; they fit great, and are extremely durable. I originally purchased two just to try them out, and that was years ago, and they are still going strong.

I really love these bras. I do not have big breasts but I want to keep what I have where it is. They have exceptional bounce control. I only wish the straps where a bit longer and the sides of the bras a little wider. I think it would be just a bit more comfortable. But all in all I where these for my marathons and love them!!!!
