DriLayer Horsepower

This fabric evokes the standard measure of power and for good reason. Get the same giddy-up in places where you need a little extra oomph-like tights and sports bras.

Fabric & Care

Our signature sweat-wicking fabric is thoroughly tested for comfort, performance, and durability and optimized to keep you, the runner, performing at your best.

Handwashing is ideal, but not always possible. Fasten all hooks and straps, place in a lingerie bag and use the gentle or delicate cycle. Always line dry, and never use dryer sheets or fabric softeners—they can clog the fabric and shorten the life of the bra.

This bra offers great support while running. I have five of them, and keep coming back.

Best ordering mistake I ever made!

    2017/07/01 | Nashville, TN |

When I bought this I thought I was getting another style, and got this by mistake. I was sure when I opened it that it would not fit right, but when I tried it on it really worked. I have 3 different Brooks styles and this is by far my favorite of all my running bras. I am a 34D, and this is the only style where I have no wiggle or bounce, nothing uncomfortable, and no pinching or digging under the arm. Since my "mistake" I have ordered 2 more of these - I love the design, and often I wear one for everyday wear, too. It wicks moisture, it stays put, it's not too tight, the hook is easy to hook and doesn't come undone like the hook-and-eye type I have in another style. Very very happy with this, hope it's going to be available a long time.

Tried one. . . Now I own four.

I have been looking for my "perfect" sports bra for over a year. I had previously shied away from this bra because 1. The stated impact level and 2. Had not found it somewhere I could try it on before buying it. So I finally found it in a store (fleet feet in Springfield, mo). Liked it. Ran 13 miles with it. Loved it! Bought 3 more. It can be tricky to get on the first couple of times but once you get your technique down it is a breeze. It is now a part of my permanent running gear.

    Favorite sports bra!!

    2017/06/21 | Northern California |

I wear this bra for running on road and trail as well as yoga. It's easy to get off and on. Flattering shape. Great prints and colors. It's the only bra I own where I don't notice it AT ALL, all day. And one of the best parts, the pads are thin and sewn in.

    Best bra for C cups

    2017/06/19 | Kansas City, MO |

This is hands down my favorite bra for running, cycling, and lifting weights. The closure is simple and it's easier to get off when super-sweaty than a pull-over type bra. It's comfortable and does not bounce, no matter the intensity. I now own 4 of these. They MUST be washed in a lingerie bag. Between the closure and the straps, that is the only way to wash it without ruining it.

    Best bra for extended wear

    2017/06/10 | Hawaii |

I use this bra for work, I do hard labor for 8-10 hours and stay in this bra when I get home to do house/yard work. Usually, I wear it for about 17 hours a day. The wide straps are comfy and the NON-removable cups makes washing a breeze. I like the hot shot bra also but the removable cups always come out or fold in the bra and get creased (which make weird lines that are visible through my bra and shirt). The wide band also stays comfy and does not move much, there is no pulling or adjusting. I love this bra.

    Feels very secure

    2017/05/28 | Philadelphia, PA |

I am 5'9", 150 lbs, and a size 36C, and the medium fit perfect! I like going running, and hate when bras chafe and aren't supportive enough. Not with this sports bra! It feels very secure and I didn't notice any bounce at all during a 5 mile run which is the goal. The only thing is that the straps are not adjustable, so if it doesn't fit to your shoulders, you can't adjust it. Luckily it fit perfectly for me :)

    Best sports bra ever

    2017/05/04 | Portland, OR |

I absolutely love this bra. I quickly bought a second one after my first use. It is stylish, comfortable, supportive, and flattering - what more could you ask for?!? Every morning I see this bra in my drawer, I long to wear it again - it's that good!

I really like this bra. I like that the cups are sewn in so I do not have to worry about tracking down the pads after washing. My only complaint is that I was showing a bit more cleavage than I would like when I was teaching cycling, but this seems to happen a lot to me. I'm a 34C to 36B and ordered a Med, it is pretty snug on the band.

    New favorite sports bra

    2017/05/03 | Richmond, VA |

This bra felt great on my last 10 mile run. I felt pretty secure in that I wasn't bouncing around all over the place - I'm a 34D. It took a few tries to get the bra hooked but once I figured it out, I haven't had an issues with it since then. I'm definitely ordering another one.
