Brooks products come with a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Brooks equipment within the first 30 days after purchase, we will replace or exchange your product.

To return items purchased on Brooksrunning.com:

Unworn Items: To return an unworn item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please include the bottom half of the packing slip included in your original shipment. We do our best to refund your credit card within two full business days of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.

To create your complimentary return shipping label, please follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page
2. Enter your order number and the billing zip code you used during checkout at Order Lookup/Generate Return Label
3. When your order information comes up, click the green Create Return Label button and enter the required information
4. An email containing a link to the label will be sent to the email address used during checkout, or you may immediately print the label
5. Mail your return through the U.S. Postal Service

Worn Items: Please call us at 1-800-227-6657, option 2, within 30 days of purchase and we will replace or exchange your product.

Defective Items: Please use our Defective Items Form and provide as much information as possible.

Please Note:
• All returns or exchanges should be shipped via U.S.P.S. using the complimentary return shipping label provided. CODs cannot be accepted.
• We provide free outbound shipping for the new item on any exchange.
• Please pack the item you are sending back securely in its original package, if possible
• Abuses to the return policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Brooks' discretion
• When used for its intended purposes, Brooks footwear has a life expectancy of 300 to 500 miles or three to six months. Because our PureProject shoes are lighter and use thinner materials, we recommend replacing them every 250 to 300 miles.

To exchange items purchased at a U.S. retailer:

Contact your retail store for their return policy. If the retailer is not able to help you, then please call Brooks Customer Service at 1-800-227-6657, option 2, within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization.

To return or exchange items purchased outside of the U.S.:

Returns and exchanges can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased. Select the relevant region from the Brooks Sports International Page for contact information.
