They feel great! Excited about how light they are!

    2017/06/16 | NYC |

I have been in an overly supportive shoe so I am still adjusting to these. I LOVE how lightweight they are. I am excited to continue to adjust to them. The shoes are a little more narrow than I am used to and also the tongues are slight irritating to the front of my ankle / shin. Otherwise they are great!

    Yes, I would recommend this!

Runs a little small I think

Workouts with lifting. No running in these for me.

Great shoe! I have high arches so a little disappointed since it said med to high arch support. I put my orthotics in and they are fine. Love the laces they don't come untied like other shoes.

They're okay, but I wish they'd bring the old style back

    2017/06/10 | St. Louis |

The Brooks Pure have been my go-to running shoe for years. Then they started messing with the design ... a more plastic-like tongue, less minimal and more build up in the sole, now they're shallower and narrower, etc. it's resulted in me trying other brands of running shoe. Came back to these hoping they'd be more like the Pure of models past. Nope. I remain a runner without a go-to shoe.

    Good shoe with one flaw

    2017/06/02 | Ohio |

I had the last model of the Pure flow and loved them, so I ordered them again. They changed a little and it's still a great comfortable shoe overall, however, they used a stiffer material on the tongue of the shoe and they cut into by ankles, rubbing skin off by the end of a 5k. I am considering returning them but still love them otherwise and have been wearing higher socks and folding the tongue in.

I am not a runner but I do like my new sneakers.

    2017/05/08 | Westmoreland, NY |

I needed a new pair of Brooks sneakers and I liked the looks and price of the ones I bought. I am not sure if running shoes are right for me because I don't run. These are comfortable and seem to be fine for my needs.

In the past I purchased two pairs of Pure Flow 2's because they were Perfect in fit, feel, support, comfort...etc. I wish you still made those. I will have to see how the PF5 holds up, but they are not as overall comfortable as the Pure Flow 2.

Tongue too stiff - I returned

    2017/04/26 | Bergen County, NJ |

I always order Brooks running shoes a half size up. However, even with ordering half size up, they felt too tight. Usually they are always comfortable and fit well and are lightweight. This style I returned since the tongue had a tendency to irritate the upper instep due to the stiff material, and felt very tight. I choose Brooks as I need good support and cushioning and have three other pairs. Disappointed these didn't do the trick.

    Bring back Pure Connect

    2017/04/26 | Walnut Ridge, Ar |

Very disappointed in these shoes. I have worn Pure Connect for years with no problems. As you know, they have discontinued the Connects and recommend Pure Flow. This is the first pair of Brooks I have ever sent back. By mile 3 I had a blister on top of my little toe where the Brooks swoosh is! I ordered the newest version of Flows and so far they are ok. Bring back Connect! The Connect is more minimal and flexible shoe, I love Pure Connect.

Doesn't fit like the old PureFlow

    2017/04/25 | Brooklyn, NY |

Loved the old versions of this show. Have been devoted to Brooks for years. Even going a half size up the show felt wrong and tight in the toes. Otherwise they feel fine.
