$110.00 $55.00

Style #110216

These neutral men’s running shoes deliver a lightweight, agile ride that matches you stride for stride. New 3D Fit Print overlays on the upper for an impeccable fit, and a wraparound collar encases the foot in extra comfort for an ultra-plush step. Great for roads, our DNA midsole cushioning offers just enough adaptive cushioning to respond to your pace, while a rounded heel moves the impact forward to minimize stress on joints. Lace up this hyper-flexible men’s running shoe that connects you to the pure joy of running.

The PureFlow 5 runs slightly smaller than previous models. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing ½ size up.

Like our core line, we hold the PureFlow 5 to the industry’s highest weartest and durability standards. Because of their lightweight construction, you can expect the PureFlow 5 to last approximately 250-300 miles."

    Light and solid

    2017/05/17 | Birmingham, AL |

I have worn Brooks shoes for a few years now and they all seem good to me. This model seems very solid and supports the whole foot upon impact as I run on the street and grass along the shoulder of the road. The shoe is light and comfortable.

    Yes, I would recommend this!

Solid shoe, not in love with all the upgrades

    2017/05/11 | Boston |

I loved the pure flow 2-4 because of the strap around the arch. looks like they have phased that out. Shoe still provides support, I don't feel it is the same as having the strap though.

    Yes, I would recommend this!

Bought a second pair I love them so much

    2017/05/07 | Etters, PA |

Light weight, with great cushioning. I feel the only downside of the mesh is that it is not so easy to clean mud off. I would recommend more for gym/road use than trail use.

    Yes, I would recommend this!

Comfortable fit, less cushioning on the heel.

    2017/04/24 | Fountain Valley, CA |

I like the fit in general. I'm a bit heel heavy runner, and its feels a bit hard when I land. But a decent choice overall, as I'm not a religious runner.

Pure flow 5 isn't the 4 and wasn't meant to be

    2017/04/14 | Marion, IL |

I wear these for my daily shoes and use them in rotation. I buy one pair and as they get broken in I order a second pair. I use them for the gym, for running, and for work (I'm a nurse). I had to hunt for a decent pair of shoes for years before I discovered Brooks shoes. I tried on the Pureflow 4 and was instantly happy. I ran my first few dozen miles in them and for the first time in a long time, I didn't have ankle/arch pain. I was not happy about the tongue being made of that plastic/rubber combo. It is uncomfortable at first, but it does wear in pretty quick. I run a few miles and they are basically good after that. I was confused by the tightness of the toe box at first, but it wears in easily as well. I still love these shoes even though they are different than the 4's. I own a few pairs of each and will be buying the 6 once I get a chance to try them on.

    Yes, I would recommend this!

New model is not an improvement, but it's still a great shoe

    2017/04/14 | Greenwood, SC |

I don't like it as much as the PureFlow 2 or 3, but it has more stability than my other running shoes, which makes it a great addition to my shoe rotation.

    Yes, I would recommend this!
