I run 2-3 miles per day with my dog. I bought this jacket after my husband got the male version and raved about it. This jacket is great even in the middle of winter (with a few layers underneath 25 degrees is pleasant to run in). It is so bright and reflective - perfect for winter months when we are usually running in the dark. I do wish there was a more ventillation in the arm pits (pit zips perhaps?)

The jacket has narrow shoulders. I'm a size small in almost every shirt/jacket, but I had to go up to a medium in this jacket in order for it to fit comfortably across my shoulders.

I loved the look and style of this jacket. I'm an avid runner and typically run with my Iphone and my dog so the internal media pocket and many other pockets are very useful.

Unfortunately, this jacket is barely wind-resistant and definitely not water-resistant. I wore it on a walk in a medium drizzle and my arms and chest were soaked within 20 minutes. I bought the jacket for wet, windy winter activity and this jacket did not make the cut.

    Comments about Nightlife Jacket III:

I bought this (in yellow) so that I can safely run outside at night in the fall/winter/spring. I was nervous because most of the other reviews said that it was tight around the shoulders and I didn't order a size up. (I have wide shoulders.) When I received it, it fit PERFECTLY and is flattering! It's also very breathable and I can move easily in it. I didn't feel restricted at all. The fabric is thin enough that I don't sweat from it. I was also super visible. There are reflective strips around the wrists, on the zipper line, down the back of the shoulders, and even two optional flaps that come unbuttoned from the inside and hang down below the jacket in front of your hips.

Small in the sleeves and shoulders - I usually wear a petite medium and ordered a large due to reading the reviews. Small wrist openings.

          Comments about Nightlife Jacket III:

I actually won an entire Brooks Apparel outfit at a local running store and requested my normal size (small). Upon picking up my jacket and trying it on I was a bit disappointed that it did not fit. The shoulder, back/chest area, and arms were all pretty tight. So while I didn't get a chance to use and wear the jacket, I was completely impressed with the construction of the garment. The reflective areas make this a high-vis jacket all around. The thumb holes, media pocket and other features (side flaps for more reflection) were all very nice. Now to just wait until my size Medium arrives. 5'8", 145 but pretty small chested (34A/B).

          Comments about Nightlife Jacket III:

This jacket is a great buy but it needs to be noted that when you are hot and sweaty from an outdoor run the sleeves are hard to get off because the jacket is tight around the wrists. It also runs small so order at least one size up. I am 150lbs, 5'3 and I normally wear a Medium Women's Jacket (size 9/10), I ordered the PINK in a Large. I love the jacket, I just wish I didn't worry about harming the jacket when I am trying to get it off once I reach home, after my run. I had my mind set on that expensive nike flash jacket, but I am happy with this one instead. I run during the night and I am very visible (and cute) out there :)
