Technology

DriLayer Horsepower

This fabric evokes the standard measure of power and for good reason. Get the same giddy-up in places where you need a little extra oomph-like tights and sports bras.

Fabric & Care

DRILAYER®

Our signature sweat-wicking fabric is thoroughly tested for comfort, performance, and durability and optimized to keep you, the runner, performing at your best.

Handwashing is ideal, but not always possible. Fasten all hooks and straps, place in a lingerie bag and use the gentle or delicate cycle. Always line dry, and never use dryer sheets or fabric softeners—they can clog the fabric and shorten the life of the bra.

    Good running bra

    2017/01/30 | Warwick, RI |

I purchased this bra in a 34D after my shape changed during/after my pregnancy. It provided the support I needed for running. The straps in the back are adjustable, so I could tighten/loosen them as needed. I gave it 4 stars because the cups feel a little big/loose sometimes, but not so much that the bra is not supportive.

    Yes, I would recommend this!

Not what it used to be

    2016/12/05 | Newport Beach CA |

This is the first time I purchased the Maia with Brook's branding. I have been buying the bra for years and years - was the best out there for support! My problem is that I ordered recently and the bra shape, sizing and straps have changed enough that the 3 Maia's I now just received are way too big. The straps have been improved in that they now stay where you adjust them but I cannot adjust as much as I used to be able to. Also, the cups seem bigger as I now have extra room where they were snug before. I even ordered a size smaller and it's bigger than my other ones. Sad as I now have to throw them out since they don't fit right. I will have to find another style as you all know is hard to do.

Happy small big girls, need more support for running .

    2016/10/20 | Kent WA USA |

The best fit for smaller big girls (32E). However, it is not supportive enough for running. I need to layer a compression tank over this bra if I want no bounce when I run. Great for low impact sports, like barre, yoga or golfing where "bounce" is not an issue. PRO: No uni–boob CON: bounce.

    not enough support

    2016/10/18 | Grand Rapids, MI |

I bought this bra in a size 34E for running. I do not find this bra supportive enough for running. It's fine for lower impact workouts, but not high impact. I've purchased the Juno for years and loved it. Unfortunately, they no longer offer it in the size I need. Now I'm in search of a good supportive sports bra for running.

Band rolled at bottom/front. Size out of stock. wire jabbed

    2016/10/03 | Minneapolis, MN |

I bought the bra a size too small because 44D was out of stock. The wire in-between breasts was too pokey/large, as well as in underarm area. If they had a 44D I probably would have had better luck but even then, I'm not sure because of wire being just 1/16" too large in armpits and about 1/4 inch too large in-between breasts. The band in front middle area flipped under.

Like the bra but a few changes would make the bra better

    2016/09/28 | NH |

Overall, I like the bra. However, I almost returned the bra because I do find that my nipples show through at times. Rather than returning it, I decided to keep it because the bra is comfortable and provides a lot of support. I will just need to wear shirts that are a little on the looser side. I wish that the straps were more adjustable than they currently are. I would like to make the straps a bit tighter.

    What happened?

    2016/09/27 | Maryland |

This has always been my favorite bra but the new one I ordered (36) has a band length that's 2-3 inches longer than all the previous Maias (also 36s) that I've had. This makes it too big even on the tightest hook setting.

    Maia sport bra needs improvements

    2016/09/27 | Miami,Fl |

Overall, bra is very stylish. It does not provide sufficient support. Wish it had additional padding. Women with larger breasts need a lot more support and additional padding.

In love with this bra! The support! The fit!

    2016/09/20 | Houston |

I have a slight figure but am a 32dd that sometimes hormonally swings to an E cup. I put this bra on and literally the second I did, it felt like it was made for me, my body, my breasts. It was comfortable, easy to put on and wear (not too constricting), didn't allow for extra/unnecessary movement, etc, etc. This will sound silly but it felt like my new favorite bra:). It has been forever since I put on a bra that I didn't have to force my chest into or force it to work. It just...worked. Well done, Brooks!
