Comments about HVAC Synergy Short:

I first intended using these shorts for very early morning runs ("360 reflection") and for runs ranging from 13 to 22 miles. I plan to run a marathon in them. They keep their shape, are lightweight, have a good support brief and I can pack 2 GUs in each side pocket - the vigorous little velcro strip keeps them from falling out and there is no jiggle. My only qualm is that Brooks stock photo of the shorts show the reflector low along the back leg seams, and the ones I received had the reflector higher up where they get covered by even a semi-fitted shirt. The design is the same otherwise. I didn't notice it until I put them on for a 4 a.m. run. They rate high with me for distance running but I don't use them for running in the dark. They are barely 180 reflective with the front logo.
