Great, Light Shoe

I really enjoy this shoe. I would say that the cushioning is great for about a 3 mile run or less. If I'm going more than that, I will put on my Launch 4's

I would buy these sneakers again.

These Pure Flow 7's feel very good when I hit the ground. They have me feeling that once again I'm walking in a correct way after being in old sneakers for quite some time.I could easily recommend them, but of course, they may not be for everyone.I'll see how durable they are,and if I'm satisfied in the end I'll be sure to reorder.

Great running shoe

Fit is perfect. So light weight you barely know you're wearing a running shoe. Cushioning is also excellent - not too much, just enough.

Terrific Shoe

I've run in the Pureflow 4, for years. It was by far my favorite shoe EVER! I didn't care for the models since. Until now! The Pureflow 7, is a better shoe! It gives "almost" that same perfect fit of the 4's but feels much lighter. It gives the same feel-ish of ride and cushion, but it feels better. The shoe really performs like my favorite, but somehow is better!

Purely awesome

Great pure series shoe. Has a bit more cushion than the pureflow 6. Decent room in town box to allow your toes to properly splay. Upper is a bit thick and seems to make my foot hotter than normal. Overall it's been good for 4-5 mile runs. Still need to try some longer distances in it.

I use arch-support inserts in my shoes, do the insoles come out of these shoes? I'm going to need space for my inserts.

How close are these to the Men's PureFlow 6? I have very picky feet, and am a woman wearing men's sizes, so I want to get as close as possible to the awesome experience I have had with the Men's PureFlow 6. Thanks! Kristen

I need a shoe with some arch support. Does a neutral shoe have no arch support?

2018/03/03 Merritt Island, Fl Al

Hi! Actually, neutral shoes tend to have the most arch support! Brooks Running

What is the difference between the pure flow 6 and 7. I like to alternate support and neutral shoes. I have the pure cadence -- is this like the neutral version of that shoe. I am also thinking about the levitate as a alternating shoe with the transcend. I tend to wear on my IT bands too much if Im always in a support shoe. I find alternating works. I am a very mild pronater, when I run I am a mid foot striker and tighten up so I do not pronate much.

I'm just inquiring about the fit size. Normally I wear a size 10 (ASICS and Saucony Kinvara) and because of my wider feet, the size 10 feels comfortable and supportive without squeezing too much. Would you recommend this size to be true for the pureflow, or would recommend increasing to a 10.5? Thanks! Looking forward to trying out some Brooks!

Hi! We recommend going up .5 from your normal shoe size. Brooks Running
