Launch 4 is definitely smaller than Launch 3, I had to go half size up. And the toe box material got thicker which is softer but I wonder how my feet will feel on a hot summer day. But other than these differences, Launch performed as I expected so I'm happy.

Love it!
I walk fast pace at least 30 + miles a week. I originally ordered a 1/2 size up from what I usually get and it was too tight so I went up 1/2 size and the fit is perfect!. I actually called before ordering and customer service guy told me to go up a 1/2 size but I didn't listen. I have been wearing Nikes for years and decided to try Brooks so glad I did! Really love this shoe. Customer service was also greats! Read MoreSizing | Feels half size too small |

NextI'm looking for a new pair of running shoes that would provide comfort and support for 5-10 mile runs. Would the Launch style be ideal for that kind of activity?
Hi! I think the Launch could be a great lightweight trainer for you! Brooks Running
What is the normal lifespan of this shoes in mileage? Is it typical 300 or 400?
The life expectancy of our shoes is 300-500 miles, or 4-6 months when used for their intended purpose.
My knee sometimes hurt when I run, looking for a shoe that would support both my knee as well as my arch because I have flat feet.
I've worn Ghost 7 in a size 7AA. Should I stick with a narrow shoe size on other brooks shoes such as the Launch or would I get a 7B?
I need to get a shoe for a fallen arch what's the best pair for this problem
We recommend something in our support category. We recommend checking out the Addiction 13 or Ariel 16.
