Additional Information

Every lace and stitch of the all-new Glycerin 12 running shoe goes above and beyond the standards of comfort. This neutral running shoe for men was inspired by the clouds and designed to feel like running in a meadow toward the one you love. Or maybe just out for a post-run pint. New Super DNA provides 20% more cushioning than BioMoGo DNA, while Ideal Pressure Zones in the outsole optimize pressure distribution from heel to forefoot. And the upper? A conformable saddle wraps the foot, while 3D Fit Print creates a custom fit without adding weight. At just 10.9 ounces, the Glycerin 12 is lighter than ever, but full of new technologies to elevate your run.

I would make heel as wide as glycerin 11s. Everything else is great.

For me these are the best Glycerin to date. I do own the previous Glycerin models, but the Glycerin 12 is a complete change. I also own the Transcend and loved the cushion they offer. The Glycerin 12 have the cushion of the Transcend but with out the added weight. So far I have used these on the treadmil, outdoor tracks and concrete and I do not feel any soreness in my feet or knees.

          Improved cushioning and toe box

I usually go for the women's glycerin, but after a bad experience with the 11, I chose to go with the men's for v12. Best choice I've ever made. Cushioning is greatly improved, toe box is perfect for me. All that said, for a male runner, this shoe may be a bit on the narrow side in the regular D width pending your forefoot spread. The red/orange color kicks butt, and is way cooler than any of the women's shoes. :) Put them on and went for an 8-mile run straight out of the box. No pain, no blisters.
