4th pair of Ghosts
A huge fan of the shoe, I bought back to back 8's and now back to back 10's. The first pair of 10's were super plush (the second pair, the right shoe fits just a bit funny in the toe?). I rode them to a PR at St George and had energy to immediately run 6 more miles and go run the last 3 in with my wife.

Comfortable at first but
Really liked the shoes initially at the store. Felt comfortable, good cushioning. I have moderate to high arches and after walking in these a while I discovered that my feet were over pronating and my toes shifted medialy. No arch support. I'll to try another model.

I Like My New Ghosts
Have worn ASICS for 20+ plus years, but have recently had problems with the fit of their shoes. Received my new Ghost 10s which fit and were comfortable right out of the box. They remain comfortable for the two weeks that I've been pounding the pavement with them.

I recently had minimal surgery to remove a small part of my torn meniscus. My Dr gave me the clear to start running again. Would the Ghost or the Adrenaline be better for me to get back in? I typically wear a neutral shoe and like the ghost, but wondering if the adrenaline would be better post surgery?
Unless your gait suddenly changed due to surgery, we recommend sticking with the Ghost.
