Fresh out of charm school, the newest Adrenaline is smoother and smarter than any other. This time we amped up the velvety goodness of the Segmented Crash Pad by adding full ground contact for a crazy nice heel-to-toe transition. Brooks DNA provides adaptable cushioning so your feet will glide through every turn. Heading upstairs, new lacing design evens out lace pressure to create a snug fit, and 3D Fit Print adds a lightweight, flexible, no-stitch fit. With fresh looks and lines, this go-to shoe is ready to fly. The creme de la creme of support, cushion, and balance is the Adrenaline GTS 14.

But don’t take our word for it: Runner’s World Magazine named the Adrenaline GTS 14 "Editor’s Choice" in the Winter Shoe Guide in their December 2013 issue, saying the shoe "boasts all the trappings of a traditional stability model, but rides as smooth as ever.” The editors also praised the GTS’s cushioning, saying it "hits the sweet spot" and is "soft enough for high-mileage training but firm enough to remain stable."

I love brooks. I have wide flat feet (11-4e) and Brooks has been the one show that consistently fit. I have had several pairs of Brooks shoes, including older versions of the Adrenaline GTS 11. I was very excited to be getting the new GTS 14, but much to my dismay I found that the outside arch had been brought in and adjusted just enough to be painful.

I went out for a short 4 mile out and back run and ended up turning around after just a mile or so.
The fit in the heel and the toe box was perfect, but the OUTSIDE of the arch was very painful. At first I attributed it to the stiffness of new shoes, but when I found myself hobbling I decided to cut it short. I compared the soles to a pair of my GTS 11s and sure enough it was just a bit skinnier in the painful spot.

I will continue to try out other Brooks products in the hope that I can find a pair that fits properly, as they have been great shoes. I am also extremely sad to find that my favorite line of shoes no longer fits me.

I will continue to recommend that people try Brooks, but not with as must zeal as before.

I run often and also do weight and strength training. I love these shoes for running. They are very comfortable and support my needs. I've owned 4 pairs of these shoes and I LOVE them. I just wish they were cheaper so I could buy more than a pair at a time!

      Comments about Adrenaline GTS 14:

this is honestly the only true running shoe I will ever buy. I love the all red adrenalines and the all blacks for work. I wish brooks would make the exact color scheme of the red in blue they are very stylish, eye catchy, and comfortable. I would buy the all blue's too. My feet love me! They do tend to wear living in florida humidity coming and going the glue can tend to give under those conditions other then that this is truely an incredible product.

        Comments about Adrenaline GTS 14:

I have run with Brooks since the days of the Villanova and Chariots (most of you may not have been around then). I am over 80 and run 5 days a week. For years my goal was to top 1000 miles each year, which I usually did quite comfortably. I am sporting a new hip now so I have limited my mileage to 800 miles per year.

My Brooks running shoes are my old friends. I have rarely run with any other, certainly not in the last 20 years. I have experimented with Beast and Glycerin, but the Adrenaline feels best.

I get 300 to 400 miles on them. I keep three pair in use (Mon-Wed, Tue-Thu, Sat)

            Comments about Adrenaline GTS 14:

I run about 15 miles a week on average and I've always had trouble with pronation. None of the other brands helped and then my doctor told me to try Brooks. Best decision ever! The Adrenaline GTS 14 are my second pair of Brooks. These sneakers are so good I had to buy a second pair! I highly recommend them to anyone with pronation problems.
