To qualify for free shipping, your order must total £75 or more after eligible discounts. Orders placed before 10 am Central European Time (UTC +1) will be processed the same business day, orders placed after 10 am Central European Time (UTC +1) will be processed the following business day.

We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted. Estimated delivery time is up to 5 business days from the date of purchase. In Germany and Austria delivery may be within 3 business days.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Brooks equipment within the first 30-days after purchase we will replace your product. Please be aware that we cannot refund return shipping costs when our shipping form is not used.
