This hat is a perfect fit. The fleece is warm and light, not squeezing but not drafting. I always finish runs realizing that my head was sweating slightly without noticing and without ever feeling cold. This is my go-to hat when a thin skullcap is not warm enough.

There was another review about the hat being a bit small so I made sure to get the L/XL (the largest size). But that's still not quite big enough. The hat fits like a swim cap and doesn't come down to fully cover my ears.
To be fair, I've got a largish dome, but it's not that big! I'll probably still use the hat, but if returns were easier I would definitely return it.
If the hat fits you properly, you'll probably like it -- it seems pretty nice otherwise and feels warm.
My suggestion is to try to find a retailer where you can try the hat on before buying it.

This is a great cold weather hat. It is very warm, and tight fitting. My only issue is that it feels a little small. I purchased a S/M, and while the fit feels great, the length feels a little short, as it just barely extends to almost cover my earlobes (I think I have a fairly average-to-small sized head). I find myself trying to pull it down a little tighter when the wind kicks up. For days in the high 30's-40's, it feels a little warm when running, but it really is great when the temperature drops below freezing. Great for cold weather, but you might want to try the L/XL, especially if you think you have a big head.
