These tights are great for when the temperature drops. I usually use these tights when it is under 30 or 35 degrees and as low as 0 degrees. The tag states that they are best used in temps 45-65 which I would completely disagree with. These tights have a nice fleece lining in them. I would not recommend wearing them above 40 or 45 depending on your personal preference.

I am 5'10 and 150 pounds. I normally wear a 34x30 pant and the medium was perfect. Now that that is said, these are great for winter aerobic activity. I live in Nome, AK and have run and ski in them. They vent well and keep me warm. Nome is a windy place and although the tights are not wind proof they are fleeced enough to take off the chill. I have taken these down to 10 degrees (-5 with wind chill) without an under layer and they are great. I usually have size up my tights for the need of a longer inseam but the medium fits perfect for a 34 inseam.

I use these tights when I run, and they are FANTASTIC! They fit true to size, and are perfect for cooler weather. I wore them in the mid 30's, and I was toasty warm. I wore them in the 40's, and I was still nice...not too hot. The pocket in the back is nice to store your keys. I like the zippers on the bottom which make it easier to get on and off... Great product! Way to go, Brooks!

I love the cut and design of these tights and was really happy with them right up until I was about a third into my first run in them. I am usually a large in tights and the rest of the fit was perfect EXCEPT for the calves. They were really kinda baggy and didn't sit right and was just a bit annoying. I would try a medium but ever time I do they are always too tight. Oh well, maybe washing them and drying them on high will help shrink them to 'just right'.
