It feels like an extension of your body, freeing you to compete without a thought to what's on your feet. And that's the way it should be. Includes 6mm spikes and wrench.
Available in men's sizes only. (For women we suggest ordering 1.5 sizes smaller than the size you usually wear).

Comments about The Wire:
I am a high school athlete so i run quite a few races, I have run every race on the track in these spikes. Brooks really made a great spike and i would recommend these spikes to anyone. Also you can not go wrong with yellow and dragons. these shoes have a great look and are very light. worth the money!

Comments about The Wire:
I've built up quite a spike collection in High School, but none of them Brooks because of their reputation to be heavy, with an overly relaxed plate. Not so with these bad boys, Brooks has finally got its spike game proper. Prior to me getting these, my distance spike of choice was the Nike Victory, which has long been the measuring stick of distance spikes. Borrowing a phrase from the Communist Party of China, Brooks has taken their "Great Leap Forward" on the track spike giants. While a little heavy (comparatively to the vics), I love the aggressiveness of the spike plate. Super comfortable too.

Comments about The Wire:
I would recommend this spike to anyone who is looking for a spike that is as comfortable as a trainer. it does not take away the performance either but adding comfort. It is an extremely responsive spike, more for a distance runner though. Wouldn't recommend it for mid-distance races, not as aggressive but for the mile up or even 3k up it will do you well. I love it, congrats Brooks, I switched from a Nike spike to this and won't be going back
