I really like these shorts. They are light and comfortable. I've worn them for a few runs- easy and fast.
The only negative is that they fit a bit larger than most Brooks shorts. For anyone purchasing, I would suggest sizing down.

A very nice short. I have two pair. I prefer shorter shorts, especially "split-short" apparel. That being said, I really like these shorts. Very light and breathable. Those that don't like "short" running shorts will love these.

These are the best shorts I have ever bought in over 25 years of running. Moreover, they are the only shorts that have not ridden up between my legs such that I do not chafe ... that's right NO CHAFING. Wore a pair at the Leadville Marathon. Used anti-chafing stuff at the start, added some more at 2.5 hours and never thought about it again because even though I was out for almost 9 hours, the shorts never rubbed my legs nor did they creep up so that my legs rubbed. TOTALLY AWESOME Shorts.
