I'm using these Switch 4's to train for a marathon and they are absolutely perfect for my feet. I overpronate and have had knee problems with other shoes and these keep my feet and knees happy!

I thought I would branch out and try another Brooks shoe on this purchase (I'm an adrenaline GTS 11 fan.) I was a little disappointed with the Switch 4 shoe for running. Felt too squishy, cushiony, soft, almost like running on foam. Didn't feel like enough support or that it was forming to my foot. I'm now wearing this shoe for weight training, casual aerobics... everything but running, and it serves its purpose for that. Super cute shoe and love the colors.
