Comments about Racer ST 5:
I use the racer day to day from easy runs to track workouts and long tempo runs. A great shoe for the heavier speedwork and tempo loads. I just wish Brooks would stick to the same laces. These current seem to loosen significantly even with double knots. Love the Mogo midsole and the new tread outsole grips a ton better on wetter surfaces.
Thanks for all you do Brooks!

Comments about Racer ST 5:
Absolutely love this shoe. I have over 500 miles going on a couple pairs right now.
This shoe is very versatile. Using it as a racing flat is a gimme, but it is surprisingly durable and supportive for longer runs on and off the trail.
They've performed marvelously for me on all sorts of terrain including a 57-mile mountain ultra. I wouldn't recommend them for gnarly downhill trails, but they really do well on just about any other trail condition.
Plenty of support for marathons and beyond on the roads, too. They aren't as light as the Green Silence or T7s, but that extra-bit of weight really shines in the form of a bit of extra support when the miles are clicking away.
I highly recommend them.

Comments about Racer ST 5:
Not too high off the ground. Plenty of space in the toe box to avoid blisters/black toe nails. Light weight... so great for long runs. A very small amount of support for over pronators, but not too much. Provides cushioning but is not gooey. A good marathon choice if you need more shoe than a racing flat provides. You may want to order it a half size larger than some of your other shoes.
I have been quite pleased with them. I'm ordering another pair tonight.

Comments about Racer ST 5:
Great Shoe! I had the ST 4's but I think the ST 5's are better due to the increased traction, the better colorway, and they're 0.2 ounces lighter than the ST 4's! Great for training! Perfect for anyone who is a mild over-pronator looking for a lightweight training shoe with a touch of support...

Comments about Racer ST 5:
Lightweight, yet supportive and responsive shoe. Can race or train in them. Great for races, track work, speedwork, tempo runs, or low mileage training. Best racing flat I've ever used.

Comments about Racer ST 5:
I usually spend most of my time with no shoes on as I am a Judo player, but after a shoulder injury I have been hitting the gym and footpaths working on my running. Grabbed a pair of these after my last sneakers fell apart and they are great. I only wear brooks sneakers as my feet have that great combination of being completely flat and very wide, and these are perfect. The colours are bold, but I fell in love with them as soon as I saw them. Not a pro at all, but go jogging most days of the week and these feel great!

Comments about Racer ST 5:
Right out of the box, I fell in love with the Rcer ST5. This shoe is a great combination of everything you want in a shoe. I was skeptical about putting mileage on them, but after running 6 or 7 5-mile runs in the ST5s, I used them in a Half and was more than surprised at how comfortable they were after such a distance. I currently run in the Ravenna, Adrenaline X, Green Silence, Racer ST5, and Saucony Hattori and this is by far my favorite shoe in the bunch. It combines the best of all the attributes that make the other shoes in my current collection run-specific type shoes (i.e. long run, grass runs, speed work, etc.)and molds them all together to make a true all-purpose shoe. With a little over 110 miles on them, they feel as fresh as the day I bought them. Just a remarkable all around shoe.

Comments about Racer ST 5:
Bought this from the online store. Wasn't sure exactly what to expect with the bright colors and everything. Once I got them in the mail and opened up the box, I LOVED them! These shoes really grow on you. They have their own special look and feel to them. I'm considering buying a second pair just to have an extra one!
