Unworn Items: To return an unworn item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please include the bottom half of the packing slip included in your original shipment. We do our best to refund your credit card within two full business days of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.

To create your complimentary return shipping label, please follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page
2. Enter your order number and the billing zip code you used during checkout at Order Lookup/Generate Return Label
3. When your order information comes up, click the green Create Return Label button and enter the required information
4. An email containing a link to the label will be sent to the email address used during checkout, or you may immediately print the label
5. Mail your return through the U.S. Postal Service

Worn Items: Please call us at 1-800-227-6657, option 2, within 30 days of purchase and we will replace or exchange your product.

Defective Items: Please use our Defective Items Form and provide as much information as possible.

Seems to work well down to mid 30's with a long sleeve Underarmour Coldgear top. Any rain soaks through quickly. OK for light sprinkles only. Cuts wind pretty well. Order one or two sizes larger for freedom of movement.

I run in the dark all fall and winter, this is great replacement for safety vest. Not too heavy and can wear with t-shirt at 30 degrees. I like a functional hood and this hood was apparently made to cover a helmet, so difficult to fit while jogging down the road.
