Unworn Items: To return an unworn item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please include the bottom half of the packing slip included in your original shipment. We do our best to refund your credit card within two full business days of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.

To create your complimentary return shipping label, please follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page
2. Enter your order number and the billing zip code you used during checkout at Order Lookup/Generate Return Label
3. When your order information comes up, click the green Create Return Label button and enter the required information
4. An email containing a link to the label will be sent to the email address used during checkout, or you may immediately print the label
5. Mail your return through the U.S. Postal Service

Worn Items: Please call us at 1-800-227-6657, option 2, within 30 days of purchase and we will replace or exchange your product.

• When used for its intended purposes, Brooks footwear has a life expectancy of 300 to 500 miles or three to six months. Because our PureProject shoes are lighter and use thinner materials, we recommend replacing them every 250 to 300 miles.

Was wise to have followed previous reviews for this item and ordered a size up! Grateful I did as the Size Small I normally order versus Medium would definitely have been far too snug in the chest/shoulders region! Overall, love the vibrant green for nighttime running and the overall quality!

The jacket is lightweight and extremely comfortable. Even though it is water repellent it doesn't stick to the skin. My hiking buddy has the same jacket in pink so we stand out when hiking after dusk.

I love this jacket! It keeps me dry on rainy runs. My only complaint is that if fits too tightly across the shoulders and chest and too loosely across my low back/stomach. Several of my friends also have this jacket in either a small or XS and all have the same problem. Otherwise this is the perfect jacket- I still own two.

Given that the daylight hours are getting fewer I decided to replace my old nightlife jacket and this one is certainly an upgrade. Doesn't stick to my sweaty arms and is very breathable. Plus, I've gotten feedback from neighbors that they don't worry about hitting me becuase it is so reflective and visable!
