My biggest problem with these straps is that they are much too small for the arm. In no way what so ever would I consider myself as having a big upper body but these straps don't fit above my elbow.
Fit nice on my ankles and are good at keeping the bottom of my pants from flapping around.

Comments about Nightlife Arm and Leg Bands:
I purchased these to use when I commute to work on my bicycle. They work great, much better than the rubber band I had been using.

Comments about Nightlife Arm and Leg Bands:
I wear these around my ankles on dark, dreary days for more visibility. They work great. I was so happy with them I ordered several sets to give as gifts for my runner friends & keeping an extra set for me.

Comments about Nightlife Arm and Leg Bands:
I wear one of these on my ohdarkthirty runs for just that additional bit of visibility. Haven't tried to wear on my arm but have had no issues with chafing or rubbing when I wear it on my traffic side ankle. Also works great when cycling--dual purpose of reflection and cinching up your pants leg on chain side

Comments about Nightlife Arm and Leg Bands:
I bought these for early morning runs. When I went to put them on, I thought I bought them too small. I'm a medium sized woman and they won't fit on my biceps. I wear it on my ankles, which I don't care for, and that won't be very helpful when I need to wear pants. I figure it won't help to be on my wrists because cars coming up from behind won't see my wrists. Disappointing for [$].

Comments about Nightlife Arm and Leg Bands:
These work great as far as reflectivity.
For most people I am guessing these bands do not fit very well around the upper arm.
I wear them both on my ankles, takes some getting used to against the bare skin as they are a bit stiff and rough textured. Velcro style fastening is much better than the spring snap styles I have used before. Much of this is personal preference so I give it a thumbs up until someone comes out with something better anyway.
