I wore my Lite Jacket III for the duration of a full marathon in the pouring rain this past weekend. While it didn't keep me completely dry -- nothing could have! -- I was comfortable, and it was perfect for keeping the chill off.
It packs down so compactly and is so lightweight, I will probably run with it for any long distance runs when the chance of rain is over 50%.
I have two minor quibbles about the jacket. First, the plastic zipper looks a little flimsy. I fear it won't hold up for long. Secondly, there are no side pockets. This would be very useful for holding gels, gloves, waterlogged socks that you can't bear to run in any longer, etc.
Apart from that, I absolutely love this jacket and I'm pondering buying a second one!

I have been using this Jacket for a long run in the city or in the mountain, from 8 C - 20 C, and it has been great that it become my to go jacket for my long run. It s light that will not suffocate my body but still at the same time it has a pretty decent wind protection and capture body heat. And since it s lite, it get dry pretty quick too, so by the end of the run, it wont be too wet.

I wear the jacket in the cold, windy, wet Michigan spring weather. One reviewer indicated that it fits snug around the upper arms, well it kinda does but its a good thing, it keeps the jacket on you and this prevents the jacket from ballooning when the wind kicks up ;0). The hood fits good, the single draw string in the back of the hood keeps the hood on and there are no draw strings the face.

Got this jacket to accompany my wife and I on our upcoming thru-hike of the appalachain trail starting this April. Great lightweight, windproof jacket. Folds up into it's own pocket, super lightweight. I'm an avid Trail and Ultra-runner, this jacket will be key to getting out on the trail for some running miles on those windy/rainy days, when i've already logged 20 hiking miles and need the motivation to get the run in!

I bought this jacket mainly to be worn during my morning runs for 30 - 45 weather. I usually run around 30 – 40 miles a week and get to use the jacket quite extensively. I use it along with a base layer and overall it provides good protection from the elements. The jacket is extremely lightweight and very comfortable. I found the adjustable hood very useful; it prevents it from slipping off your head when running into the wind. I have also used it during light drizzles and it worked as described.
The only thing missing in the jacket are side pockets. But regardless of this it's the best jacket I have used so far.

My husband wears it on an above 48 degree day. The hood is large enough so it stays on over his hat without being tied, the colors (flame/lava) are awesome and the length falls at mid-butt. The fit is perfect (men's medium): it is form-fitting so not baggy, but not snug so he can move. The jacket has a small zippered pocket, easy to get to, for cash, key, etc. It is exceptionally lightweight so a pleasure to run in.
He has received MANY positive comments from other runners and dog-walkers in the neighborhood on his new jacket and how great it looks. The jacket seems fairly indestructible, too, and can be stuffed away for carrying in a backpack. There is nothing negative to say about it; I highly recommend this jacket. He loves it enough to have bought a second one!!
