Unworn Items: To return an unworn item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please include the bottom half of the packing slip included in your original shipment. We do our best to refund your credit card within two full business days of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.

To create your complimentary return shipping label, please follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page
2. Enter your order number and the billing zip code you used during checkout at Order Lookup/Generate Return Label
3. When your order information comes up, click the green Create Return Label button and enter the required information
4. An email containing a link to the label will be sent to the email address used during checkout, or you may immediately print the label
5. Mail your return through the U.S. Postal Service

Worn Items: Please call us at 1-800-227-6657, option 2, within 30 days of purchase and we will replace or exchange your product.

Defective Items: Please use our Defective Items Form and provide as much information as possible.

• When used for its intended purposes, Brooks footwear has a life expectancy of 300 to 500 miles or three to six months. Because our PureProject shoes are lighter and use thinner materials, we recommend replacing them every 250 to 300 miles.

About Kids' Shoe Sizes: Children's shoes are sized in two waves. The infants and children's size wave starts at size 1 for pre-walking tots and extends to size 13.5 (measuring 7¾ inches from heel to toe). The youth size wave starts again at size 1 (at just under 8 inches from heel to toe), and extends through adult sizes. This wave normally accommodates children ages 6+. All Brooks kids’ shoes come in the "standard" D width – so there’s no difference, size-wise, between the boys’ and girls’ Adrenaline GTS.

Our Kids' Adrenaline GTS shoes, offered in sizes 1-7, fit the second (youth) wave of children's shoe sizes. Please note: size 1 is the smallest size in the Kids' Adrenaline GTS. Our Kids' Ghost shoes, for sizes 10.5-13.5 and 1-7, start in the infants and children's size wave and then continue into the youth size wave.

I ordered this shoe for my 10 year old daughter who has recently started to run with me and wants to begin running more avidily than just in gym class twice a week. She's been wearing these for the last week and had no "break in" period. It wasnt necessary at all. She's thrilled with the shoes, they provide some great pronation control for her and are lightweight enough that she doesn't feel the leg and foot exhaustion she has with other brands we tried before. Usually a pair of shoes shows wear with her after the first couple of runs(2 mile runs, 3 times a week) and so far nada. She loves the bright colors and the "bounce" they give her on pavement. I think Brooks may just have a customer for life :)
