The tights look great on, however be careful while trying on the first time. Be very gentle stretching the waist, because even stretching a little too quickly will tear the seam and break the thread along the waistband. I wasn't too worried about one or two broken threads, especially for the price. I also noticed chaffing in an unpleasant area after my first run in the tights, this was remedied with a chaff stick the next time.

I'm 5'9" and I run outside in the Boston area all winter, normally with my ankles and lower shins exposed because tights are all made for tiny people. These fit well and are a good weight for normal winter weather. The cuff around the bottom isn't too tight either so it doesn't chafe and you could push it up if you needed to.

Love the look of the tights with the seaming. The length is long (I am 5'5")and even when you cuff them, the fabric around the ankles is loose.

I'm returning these. I'm 5'2", and the seaming just seemed to hit me in all the wrong places, the leg was too long and the waist too high. I really wanted them too, since I am walking/jogging at 5am up in northern MN--it gets cold here! Probably an awesome fit for taller people, but not for me.

I love these tights - they are great for every day wear. Very comfortable, not restrictive at all...they move well with you when running! My one critique is that they run a little long. I'm 5'5 and they bunch up in places from having excess length, but it's not a big deal. They aren't made for super cold weather or wind but great for temps ranging from mid-20s to 50s.

These pants really fit well and look great on! I am 5'8" or 5'9", athletic, usually a size 8 or 10 and chose a Large for Brooks pants - fit great!! Love these and well worth the cost, esp. to run outside on colder days. Made it ten miles and loved, loved, loved these pants!
