I made the jump to the Infiniti III's from the Sherpa III's I have. I still find the pockets unnecessary but that's probably because I don't run long enough. Overall, I have no regrets on these shorts. Although I've noticed that these shorts don't dry the sweat as quick as I would expect, but that's still not an issue to me. Also, I've discovered that the lighter grey / flint color easily displays sweat, but I don't find that much of an issue either since I use that as a 'sweat tool' to determine if I've ran hard enough when I'm finished, hahahe! Another thing I've found is that many of my local specialty running shops do not carry the Infiniti III's... And instead carry a bulk of the Sherpa's and Essential shorts... Maybe because that's what sells? I wanted more dedicated running shorts such as the more shorter / split-type versions. The Infiniti's have worked great so far after 2 weeks of running in them... Perhaps I'll try the HVAC Synergy shorts next to see how those feel in comparison... Or I may just get another pair of the Infiniti's!

An OK short

Also due to the cut and length, not a good combo when it's raining out.

Comments about Infiniti Short III:
Have looked for 3-4 years to find a pair of trunks that allow freedom of movement in the water.
This is a pair of shorts!
This pair of shorts allow a diver to dive and have freedom with swimming strokes and not like being restrained with a pair of "fad" shorts down to the knees.
Thank you Brooks

Comments about Infiniti Short III:
Have looked for 3-4 years for a pair of running/swimming shorts that are considered "shorts"
The shorts allow for more freedom of movement underwater than the "fad" trunks down to the knees.
Thank you Brooks

Comments about Infiniti Short III:
I love the short -- in the way that it fits. It is light weight, and is the perfect length for my personal taste for running.
The only thing that I wasn't liking was that the sides were a little too "flappy" when I ran - I'm not used to the sides being split so much. I fixed this by simply stitching the sides to my liking. This was not a deal breaker for me because the rest was great in every way.

Comments about Infiniti Short III:
The Infinity Short III is a great pair of shorts. They allow a full range of motion. The small split in the short does make them ride up, but it doesn't seem to be a problem. Perfect for short distance and fast runs.

Comments about Infiniti Short III:
These are my absolute favorite running shorts. I now own 5 pairs! The length is perfect, short enough but surprisingly good coverage. I have run thousands of miles in these shorts and have never chafed. The pockets provide ample room for mutliple gels, keys, etc. These are my go-to shorts for races, important longs runs, and everyday training runs!

Comments about Infiniti Short III:
I am a competitive runner. I was having a tough time finding a good pair of shorts to wear when racing, especially the marathon for my goo packs. These shorts are probably my favorite that I have ever worn. The pockets are in the perfect place, and are big enough to hold quite a bit, and the goo packs don't bounce around. I also have to carry my building access card with me, and it fits perfect in the pockets (which are located on the back part of the hips). I would recommend these shorts for everyday running or racing. The lining is also very comfortable. They are short though.
