I'm a marathon runner. I was hoping this jacket was going to keep me dry during long runs in the rain. It said waterproof but it is only water resistant. My first time using I was soaked through on the arms and also the chest. It was breathable and the back has a vent which is nice so you don't sweat so much inside. It is very tight across the chest and arms. The fit was great everywhere else. I guess runners are supposed to have teeny tiny arms. Thumb loops are nice to keep hands warm.

I use this jacket to run in the wee dark hours of Alaska. I love the way this jacket was designed and has SO many useful details; thumb loops with pull over hand covers, pull down reflective patches, lots if pockets and nice styling.
