The shirt is true to size and extremely comfortable. I have one other shirt with the thumb holes and this is the only one that has sleeves long enough that I can actually use them.

Great for running in the cold weather. I wear it from 20-50 degrees with only a t-shirt under it. The key is to wear gloves with it in cold weather to stay confortable.

I have been using this jacket as something quick to put on going into the gym and leaving the gym. It has been great because it is so lightweight yet does a good job of keeping some heat in. However, I have not really had a chance to run outside with it (I typically run for about 30 mins before I lift). I expect it to again exceed expectations in that use.
