I am 5'11" 160 lbs. As a tall women who is an athlete, it is very hard to find good fitting gear. I bought this jacket in a LARGE and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are actually long enough and it is a fitted jacket but with room to move, which is very flattering, and not too bulky. I wear it for running, but mostly casual. Very attractive jacket.
