I use it for my 110 hurdles races. And my 100 meters. Also on my 4x100 team and they are great. I can use them for any short distance and come out the blocks good.

Comments about F3 Sprint:
It was at my last track meet for the outdoor season.I bought these spikes from [...] for [$]. Some of the spikes felt like they did not want to go all the way in.The good thing about it is that I ran a personal record in the 100 meter dash wearing these. [$] baby!...I didn't even have all the spikes in.

Comments about F3 Sprint:
I run in college and I have always had terrible shin splints due to a cavus foot. My entire career I've been running in spikes that were too narrow, and I have yet to find spikes offered in any width other than medium. These spikes run a little wide (I said too wide above but they are just a hair wider than the average spike) and with their curved platform they fit my foot perfectly. Great traction, by far the best spikes I've ever had.
