This product is a must-have in a runner's wardrobe. I am not a gym rat by any means, preferring trails and roads to gyms and tracks, but as a diverse warm-up garment, this one is among the best. I find myself wearing it while I warm-up for workouts, perform stretching and exercises, and run errands (sometimes literally).
Wearers will find that they may need a size smaller than other kinds of Brooks apparel items, as it tends to run a bit larger, but only sightly. The product is great for layering, as well, and the hood portion wears easily up or down.

By far, this is my favorite long sleeve from Brooks. Great for running, the gym and is stylish enough to wear anywhere. The red shirt matches the black/red Glycerin 10 shoes. Note my shirt did NOT have thumbholes. However this is a very high quality shirt that is extremely elastic and super soft. The key loop is works great and there also is a small pocket inside the Kangaroo pocket that will fit a cell phone, money, etc.

Like most avid runners, I tend to wear my running clothing just about all the time. That being said, this product is an essential in my wardrobe because it is a great lightweight running jacket that can just as easily be worn as a casual shirt. It is not especially thick, functioning well as an under-layer on a colder day or an outer-layer on a mild-chilly day.
I use the product primarily for running outdoors or as a warmup item when preparing to workout or compete indoors.
