I moved to the east coast and needed something warmer than my normal EZ T LS for cold morning runs. This top is perfect. It fits really warm, is soft, thick and warm, but not overly warm, and has thumbholes to keep my hands/wrists from getting too cold. It's great to wear on it's own, or as a base layer when it gets even colder.

This will be my first winter running, so I wanted ot be prepared for the cold weather (which I'm not a fan of). I thought this shirt would do the trick. It's a really cute shirt and I like the thumb holes; very convenient. Overall, the styling gets 4 stars from me. However, performance I wasn't so impressed with.
I ran a 10K at 8AM. Standing at the start line at 7:30 AM with the temperature at 43, I was freezing! I had the race t-shirt on top of this shirt and was still cold. For comparison's sake, I don't think I felt my legs for the first 2 miles. I think if you are warmer-blooded than me, you will do well with this shirt. I will be using it as a layer underneath something else.

Comments about Equilibrium Thermal LS:
Love this top, great as a layering top or itself on cold weather days. Used it for running on 30 degree days and it kept me pretty warm. Thinking of getting one in every color for next winter season.

Comments about Equilibrium Thermal LS:
The top is great. i like the long sleeve length with the thumb holes. It fits nice through the shoulders and chest. I wish it was a little less boxy near the waist-that would the only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars. Great top for a great price!

Comments about Equilibrium Thermal LS:
I love this shirt for cold weather runs. I wear it underneath another running shirt in 20-30 degree weather and it keeps me nice and warm. I have two and wish another color would go on sale. I am 5'6" and the medium fits good...maybe a little on the big side. The soft inside feels nice on your skin.

I ran in this today as a base layer with my winter windbreaker and a 13 degree wind chill - I was warm and dry after 7 miles....

Comments about Equilibrium Thermal LS:
This top is great for pre and post run but is really too heavy to run in for the Portland area weather. It's thick and warm and would be a good layering top for snowshoeing or cross country skiing. It also fits big. I usually wear a size small in brooks and in this top I wish I had ordered an XS. I still love it and will wear it a lot this winter to change into after trail running to warm up.

Comments about Equilibrium Thermal LS:
This is a great shirt that keeps me warm by itself on fall days or as a layer on the really cold ones. The thumb holes keep the arms in place which is a plus for this long-limbed lady.

Comments about Equilibrium Thermal LS:
I am so happy I ordered this long sleeve top. I was looking for a thermal base layer and this was the perfect shirt. It feel insulated but not too warm. I love that the sleeves are long. The shirt is also not fitted which is nice so that it can go over my running tights. I highly recommend this shirt!
