This shirt is great for working out and running in warm temps and also for layering in colder temps. It has flat seams and is made of the most comfortable material. The print is neat and stylish showing off Brooks pride. I only caution you to buy a size smaller than you normally do unless you like rocking the bulky long arm look. I am a solid medium and the small fits me perfect.
